Project C.I.T.Y. & Grace Baptist School - Kumasi, Ghana

Grace Baptist Community School was established on 12th of September 2017. The School was established by Rev, Yaw Sarpong Tawiah who is also the head pastor of Grace Baptist Church Santasi -Site. 

The School started with a total number of nine(9) children five (5) females, four (4) males. School also started with three (3) facilitators one (1) male and two (2) females facilitators.

Rev, Yaw Sarpong Tawiah’s mission of establishing the School was that ,there was no government School in the community in which the Church was found and as such few School in the community were charging very high so he (Rev Yaw Sarpong Tawiah) decided to establish a School to help those who cannot afford the Schools in the community and have to walk a long distance just to enroll themselves in the government Schools.  Due to that Grace Baptist Community School only charge something less just to keep the day to day running of the School. 

Now Grace Baptist Community School can boast of a total number of two hundred and thirty – two(232) learners. One hundred and thirty-eight (138) female learners and ninety – eight(98) male leaners. 

Now the School has total of ten(10) facilitators and three(3)non- teaching staffs .
